Low carb support group! Confused about carbs and whether dietary fat is healthy?

Join us for informal discussion and recipe sharing on Saturday, October 27, 2018. New cookbooks and products will be available for review and there may even be taste testing! This could be a great time to share ideas on getting through the ‘sugar rush’ of the holidays!

From 10-11 am Barbara Neil will share her personal experience in losing almost 175 pounds on a low carb/ketogenic diet over the last three years. Bring your questions and experience whether you are interested in, or have actually tried eating plans like Atkins, Keto, Whole30 etc.  We will discuss the differences between Paleo and Carnivore as well.
