This FREE interactive program is for babies, toddlers, and their parents, grandparents, and caregivers! Miss Ronice of Lebanon County Libraries will incorporate her Smart Start Storytime with The Basics, five simple and powerful ways you can give your child a great start in life.

The first week of each month, January through May, free kits including a book, information on The Basics, the words of the songs used in each session, and sometimes some fun extras will become available at the Lebanon Community Library and the Annville Free Library.
