Fall Frolic: The annual benefit for the children’s department!

Join us in supporting children’s education, exploration, and growth!

UPDATE:

We have made the difficult decision to cancel our benefit for the Children’s Department, the Fall Frolic, due to low ticket sales and sponsorships. Many of our regular supporters have other commitments at this time, and we feel that going forward with this event would misrepresent the good work we do as well as fail to do justice to the supporters who have contributed at this point.

We were hoping to raise $25,000 for the Children’s Department with this event, enabling us to continue to keep the collection of books and other resources for kids up-to-date and in good condition, as well as provide weekly storytimes and other programs year-round.

We’re in the process of contacting our current sponsors and ticket-holders, and most are converting their sponsorships and ticket prices into donations, which is so incredibly generous!

We’ll be thanking them soon on social media (facebook @lebanoncommunitylibrary and instagram @lebcomlibrary), and recognizing them in each book we purchase with their donations.

If you’d like to contribute, maybe we can still meet our goal! All proceeds will go towards purchasing books and other materials, plus providing year-round programs for the kids in our community! Donations may be made at the library, or by clicking the “Donate Here!” button.

Children come to the Lebanon Community Library to discover the many doorways that literacy opens for them. Good reading skills bring success in school, careers, and life by empowering children to continually learn and grow. The Library is a major partner in this process, and we need your support to continue to provide new and interesting books, programs for children and families, and other resources for the children in our community!

This year we are seeking event sponsorships to support this work. Sponsorship includes your name displayed at the event and on our website. Complimentary tickets and other opportunities are available as our thanks to you for sponsorships of $500 or more.

Sapphire: $5,000

Platinum: $1,000

Gold: $500

Silver: $250

Bronze: $100
